  • A scaled ceremony and reception floor plan with your final approval
  • A comprehensive wedding day timeline 
  • (2) rehearsal directors 
  • Full wedding day coordination
  • Supervise the entire setup and full breakdown of the ceremony and reception
  • Coordinate with on-site vendors to ensure reception events are on schedule
  • Final walk-through of both wedding and reception venues 
  • Ensuring venue guidelines are upheld (alcohol policies, allotted times, venue clean-up, etc.

Concierge Service

  • Coordinate and manage all rental items needed
  • Assistance in obtaining special permits, licenses, insurances, etc.
  • Assistance with vendor mediation and/or troubleshooting during the planning process and on wedding day
  • Coordinate hotel room blocks for traveling guests and/or bridal party
  • Provide itinerary for attendants and/or family members (sent via email)
  • Ensuring venue guidelines are upheld (alcohol policies, allotted times, venue clean-up, etc.
